Process is really smooth.
Trainings are the best pros. They provide company-sponsored trainings and even certifications at your office location only. There are trainings happening every month at all Accenture locations. We did certifications like ITIL, AZURE, VMWARE, MCSP, etc., from the Accenture location and never had to go outside. All you need is approval from your supervisor and to be at the right career level. All of these are global certifications.
Hikes are good. They give default hikes of almost 15 percent, which is something hardly any other company will give. More than 30-40% for promotion.
Lot of projects, very smooth process of transitioning into a different project if you have approval from your supervisor.
Too much dependency on the supervisor makes him feel very powerful.
Work culture is not so good; some supervisors always try to scare you with putting you into a performance plan if you do not follow their whims.
They love greasing and being greased. The supervisor thinks he is all-powerful and loves being your commander-in-chief. If you do not enjoy that, your life is doomed.
No other cons.
HRs hardly bother about you or your complaints, especially if they are against your supervisor or management. This is not just my case; I spoke with a few other people who also went to HR and got back nothing.
Please remove dependency on the supervisor. HRs must action if there is any misgovernance happening in a project/team.
Junior-level employees must be heard.
Please stop thinking like Accenture is the only company in the world.
Generic. Purely virtual process. First, a phone screening to tell me about the position and the process. Then, a logical-mathematical challenge and an oral English exam through a platform, not very difficult. Video question and answer format. Fin
It was a HR-based round, mostly with medium-level technical questions. Along with project questions like describing the project, technologies used, as well as pros and cons of the project.
Very good process. Very good. Good questions. Liked it. Professional, very comfortable. Good interview. Great interview. Continued for 30 minutes. It was a good interview. Everyone was great, professional, and well-behaved. Great experience.
