Nice work culture, as they provide almost 3 years of WFH.
They include disabled people as well.
Quite a good package for a fresher compared to other service-based companies.
Some projects won't care about work-life balance.
Promotion is quite difficult after being prompted once.
They should start paying as per the market standards once employees gain experience.
