Wide range of opportunities. Accenture does just about everything, with some really talented people. They are beginning to make real changes to address some of the negative corporate working environment issues.
Emphasis on chargeability can be draining and makes it difficult to take time to do training or contribute to knowledge capital. Remuneration rarely stacks up to market rates, therefore many good individuals are lost to independent contracting. There is a lack of inspirational leadership at the middle level – the CEO is fantastic and individual line managers are given great coaching; but everyone in between tends to end up focused on sales.
Find a way to enable consulting staff to refine our offerings, deliverables, materials, etc., so that we can generate efficiencies for future work.

It was 3 to 4 rounds. The 1st and 2nd rounds were technical, asking from basic to practical kinds of questions. The 3rd round was management-related questions. The 4th one was HR, not really an interview, discussing salary and other benefits.
Advanced App Engineering Specialist
The process was good. They asked me very complex questions, difficult questions, and I was able to answer them. I got selected. You need to prepare properly before going to the interview because they can ask situational questions as well.
