The selection process appeared well-structured and well-tested to me, with interviews with various company managers to assess the candidate's real skills and motivation. HR was available and very present throughout all phases.

Smooth and easy. It was an on-campus recruitment drive. It consisted of three rounds, in which the second round was a coding round consisting of two coding questions. A nice gesture from the company officials.
