It's all on the project and the manager. If the manager is good, you have work hour flexibility and WFH. The cafeteria is okay, depending on which facility you are in. BDC 3, 7, and 6 are quite good.
Again, if the project is bad and the manager is bad, then you will have a hard time.
Provide WFH and work hour flexibility. If you ease us a little, we won't mind putting in extra time and effort to get the job done.
