Managers don't care about their teammates. HR doesn't care about their employees. Not a good environment to work in at the Pune location. Not good for personal and professional growth.
I learned so many things in Hyderabad. Professionally, I have grown in Hyderabad. Managers are very good in Hyderabad.
Lots of politics in Pune location. Hydrabab Location is very good.
Please take care of employees. Without any reason, please don't give an Improvement Plan (PIP) that will impact an employee's career.
