The job search tools are listing jobs that are already filled, and HR (or whoever is in charge of that tool) does an abysmal job cleaning them up.
Explain to experienced hires who have not done consultancy:
- Find a mentor and provide recommendations.
- Explain the importance of creating a network.
- Point to resources that explain how to handle clients and what is expected from an Accenture consultant.
