Accenture employees have a large range of knowledge and are happy to share it in order to get the job done. I gained more experience/knowledge in my 2 years with Accenture than any other time in my career.
When the project is tough, you will work the hours. On the project I was on, we worked 70 hours a week for 2 years. Not for someone with a family or priorities other than career.
Overall, I am very happy with the company. There were times management was too busy getting the job done, so some lower-level members felt excluded.
