Great culture, great flexibility, not so great salaries.
I have always been able to adapt my personal life and my work so that they fit into my day-to-day. Accenture provided me with the flexibility to do so, and the work environment was always ideal for me to develop and grow.
Extreme bureaucracy in certain processes, people (fewer, always the fewer) who do not carry the banner of camaraderie and companionship, 100% necessary in a company like this, and salaries below the market average.
