It's a good place for freshers because Acc has a lot of clients in Mexico, free certifications, and good training on Java, Spring, etc. There's a lot of documentation.
As a fresher/Jr., the payment is not good, and it's difficult to get a promotion, a raise, or an annual bonus.
Better management on assigning to clients, more communication with clients, and more guidance with client procedures.
