Pros

Good RRSP match. Good benefits. Large company.

Cons

Run like a spreadsheet. Career progression and personal experience are 100% tied to your project assignments. Lack of team/practice culture, more project-focused. Very easy to just fall through the cracks if you're on a bad assignment.

Advice to Management

Create a better sense of being part of a team, create a sense of belonging and bonds across a practice. There is an overwhelming feeling of just being an individual contributor in the machine, and hoping your lead adequately presents which boxes you checked each year for some small compensation.

No raises after growing 8% despite the cited "Economic Headwinds" on top of the previous record-breaking year of 26% growth! Absolutely disgusting; you are penalizing your employees doing good work because you don't want to take the PR hit of more layoffs.
