I could say that the pro would be the learning, but even then it's not a pro, since the company doesn't make an effort to provide training. I always had to seek it out on my own to learn.
Poor management (very poor): It seems there are no criteria for participating in management. Anyone who reaches level 7 becomes a manager, even if they don't have the profile.
Poor salary (very poor): Accenture always boasts about being one of the largest/best consultancies, but the salary is always lower when compared to its competitors.
Overtime: All projects I participated in had excessive overtime. You have no life.
Unrealistic deadlines: The deadlines are disproportionate. We are always asked for our estimates, but when we estimate, managers do not accept our deadlines and even say: "...why all this time? Are you going to rebuild SAP?"
Lack of recognition: No matter what you do, whether it's giving free training or always performing very well on projects. If you are not friends with a manager, you will not get recognition.
No talent retention: Many talents are leaving. And what do they do? Increase salaries? Improve benefits? No. They open academies to hire juniors without any knowledge, and the more senior people who have the knowledge are all leaving.

Two technical rounds and no HR round. The first round was virtual, and the second round was in person. Both were technical with very few behavioral questions. In the first round, they asked about GCP, while the second had AWS/GCP. I have experienc
The selection process was smooth, with well-structured and objective stages. The interviews were conducted clearly, respectfully, and in a welcoming manner, focusing on experiences, practical skills, and efficient communication, conveying confidence
