Initial hike is good. The structure of the organization is good. Have good tools internally.
Our hike and promotion depend upon the team and manager to whom you are reporting. Even though you perform well, there is a high chance that you won't get promotions and good hikes.
If you are joining a big team (say 100+) and in that you are working for a small project which does not have much visibility, then you are trapped. Even if you perform at your maximum, you will be pulled below the grade. There is a chance that the manager who is supposed to give the rating and review may not know the work which you are doing in the team.
It has 3 rounds. The first is a coding, eliminator round (few basic programming knowledge is important). The second is an English communication round (no elimination). The final round is HR (mostly they'll ask about projects).
The interview process consists of two rounds. One is aptitude and coding. After finishing the aptitude, you can get into the coding round. After clearing both rounds, you get an email regarding the HR interview.
Nice interview. I have gained experience from the interview process for Jr. Test Engineer. I’m a quick learner with strong communication skills, and I'm always ready to adapt to new technologies and contribute to the team’s success.
