Expect a lot of overtime work from the start to the end of the project. You have to work extremely hard to get a promotion. I'm saying your productivity has to be equivalent to 1.5 or 2 people.
There's nothing they can actually do because Accenture needs to be as competitive as the other vendors in Hong Kong. Therefore, they lower their costs, and their projects will only have minimal resources, which causes the tight schedule.
