The project I have is flexitime, and I was able to work from home if needed.
There is also a "work near home" setup where we go to an office that is near to our home.
The people I am working and have worked with are amazing.
Long hours of work if needed.
Role assignments are sometimes not followed; sometimes you have to work with 2-3 roles.
Salary is low for homegrown talents.
Work-life balance should be the top priority, along with an increase in salary.
