The team spirit present in everyone at the company is great. There are plenty of opportunities for growth, but you need to work hard, be above average, and know how to sell yourself. There are many partnerships and benefits, many opportunities for courses and certifications. It's a very large multinational company. It has excellent job stability; it's very difficult to be laid off if you perform at least a decent job.
It costs on average 20% less than the market. Like any consultancy, the client is above all else. So, to win projects and retain clients, one often needs a lot of patience, as the scenario can become very stressful in various aspects.
