The selection process is very slow. It involves three interviews, the first of which is a group interview. Human resources are available, but disastrous due to continuous errors in sent emails and oversights.

First phase interview: introductory, including a phone call with HR who asks about my desired annual salary. Technical interview: frontend and backend questions, advanced level questions for a junior.

I had an interview with Accenture and the experience was positive: modern office, professional and informal atmosphere. The technical interviewers asked me targeted questions about software design and problem solving, without making me feel uncomfor
