Work-Life Balance You get a chance to work on new technologies.
No or bare minimum bonus.
I have applied for Data Engineer. I was asked coding questions on SQL, Pyspark, and Python. All the coding questions were medium and require preparation for the interview well in advance so that I can crack it.
Asked me about ERD, streaming data, and managing big data. Questions on Spark, Kafka, and Flink were also touched upon. Asked to write some SQL queries, tune SQL, and database tables. Basic bash commands for file management and data processing.
Unless you are applying for a team lead or management-focused role, preparing for data engineering interviews with 3.5 or 4 years of experience is no different from preparing for data engineering interviews with, say, 2 years of experience or less.
