A company in every sense of the word
My personal experience is overwhelmingly positive and, having been with the company for the last 9 years, I can assure you that each team is a world of its own, and in many cases, it comes down to luck.
You can have bad experiences, as everywhere, but the company's directive aligns with the changing times we are living in.
The focus is on prioritizing people; diversity is strongly advocated as a culture.
There are career opportunities and even an internal job board to rotate within the company, should you wish to do so; leaders even encourage it.
Currently, I am working in a team where I am given the creative freedom I always dreamed of, effort is recognized and celebrated, and a good work-life balance is encouraged.
I could say that salaries are below the market average, but recently there has been a significant increase for certain skills and it has aligned quite a bit.
