You will be able to get different certifications because of their affiliations, but you won't get any time to complete them.
- Upper management doesn't know what is going on in the project.
- No support from leads.
- Zero work-life balance.
- The variable pay is a lie; you won't get any.
- Even after working for 15 hours a day and somehow meeting deadlines because upper leads can't say no to unachievable targets, you won't get any recognition.
- Women are prioritized for promotion as they have to maintain a 50:50 ratio in promotions given to men and women, even though 75% of the employees are men, and they are proud of it.
- Bootlickers get all the recognition.
- Everyone is a politician here.
Please don't put anyone you can get in lead roles. I have worked with people with 15 years of experience who don't know how to use Excel.
