Everyone gets equal opportunities in terms of learning and growth. There are employee-friendly policies. Micromanagement is not a problem there.
As per my work experience, I faced lit project allocation problems. That was because of our new wing acquisition problem, but apart from that, I faced no issues. I am fully satisfied working with Accenture.
