No pros in this company.
Too much work, internal politics.
Screen round: via mobile. Round 1: Basics of PySpark, SQL, and about the project. Round 2: Behavioral round, but they will actually ask technical questions depending on the panel. Final HR.
The process was way too long. The information provided was limited, and the interviewer seemed to not be in line with the job description. They did not ask questions about my CV; it was obvious that it had not been read before the interview. Feedback
Very good. It began with a group interview, then a semi-technical individual one in which they asked things about Python and its libraries, in addition to cloud and its services oriented towards the ETL process.
