Good company, but tiring
Good company in terms of comp & ben (Hybrid work set-up, 3x RTO/Month, competitive pay, HMO + dependents (employee pay partially)).
Tiring: the work load is unbelievable, as if you have the entire 24 hours of the day working. They set deadlines on Mondays even when the task was given late Fridays.
