Timely salaries.

Okay projects, which can range from 6 months to a few years if you're looking for stability.

WFH opportunities. Some clients won't force you to work from the office.

Cons

If your People lead (someone you report to within Accenture for personal growth) is someone who doesn't work on the same project as you, get ready to get screwed.

No management whatsoever. Once you start working for a client, people would even forget you're part of Accenture.

In the last few years, the pay has been really low.

No appraisals or promotions.
