I joined as a fresher at Accenture. The first step was an online assessment, followed by a managerial and HR round. After onboarding, candidates must clear multiple assessment phases to continue.

The first two rounds were technical interviews, and the final round was a kind of managerial round with not many technical questions. Questions were asked around PySpark, Hive, SQL, and previous projects.
