Pros

The only good thing about this experience was the teammates, all excellent. They helped maintain sanity, although many fell under sick leave and psychological problems due to this company's crazy routine.

Cons

I was interviewed asking about technologies and tools I expected to use, but when the project started, none of what was requested made sense and I ended up stagnating for months instead of progressing (in fact, I regressed in knowledge and technique).

The management is very bad. They only know how to demand, they lack tact and are distant from the reality of the employees.

There is no merit. I've seen hardworking colleagues being discredited and criticized because of changes in task load made by managers. Given that, if the resource was allocated to more things, the delivery time would obviously change. Even when working overtime (without even registering the fact), the individual was still criticized for the delay in delivery by the very manager who increased their workload (yes, you can imagine the Nazaré "meme" at that moment...).

The routine was a torment. Despite Accenture's whole image of mental health, of so many company engagements, the project I was on was terrible, with colleagues falling ill due to emotional and psychological problems caused by the work routine.

What's worse is that the salaries were terrible. I earned poorly, but those who were registered employees earned much worse. Just look at Glassdoor for the averages, Accenture pays a horrible amount for data engineers in Brazil. Just expect to be exploited and, depending on the project, you won't learn anything useful for your career.

I joined with all that promise of a fixed, long-lasting, stable project. In the end, it lasted a few months and ruined my professional journey. Now I have to seek re-entry elsewhere.

In short, the worst of all was that I left a place where I was much better positioned to believe what was sold in the interview and ended up only technically regressing, because I couldn't develop anything that was discussed in the process. The worst experience of my professional life, I never expect to go through something similar again and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.
