I have been working at Accenture since 2008 and, over the years, I have been able to observe the company's commitment to its employees. It is an extremely solid organization that provides an environment of stability and security, preventing many from needing to seek new opportunities.
Furthermore, the benefits package offered is excellent, catering not only to the employee but also to their dependents. This care demonstrates the company's concern for everyone's well-being, making it a great place to build a career.
On the other hand, the evaluation and promotion process doesn't always seem fair. There are cases where extremely capable professionals do not receive the promotion they deserve, which can lead to demotivation and questioning within the team.
The "technical" interview was limited to general behavioral questions, as well as basic tech stack questions. I expected more interviews, but one was enough for an offer to be extended. There was no live coding or anything of that sort.
Very relaxed interview, practically a conversation about what I know, what I've done, and what the role does in the company. The interviewer was the director, and he was very friendly.
The interview process was well-organized, with five rounds of interviews. It started with HR, moving into technical interviews. Communications were clear and followed properly. Once confirmed, the offer letter took time to be received.
