En mi opinión, para cumplir con la cultura que profesa la empresa y poder aprovechar a los empleados de forma más óptima, sería interesante pedir información a los mismos sobre los clientes desde el punto de vista técnico, la organización de trabajo, puntos de dolor habituales y el entorno y herramientas disponibles. Esto permitiría aprovechar el tiempo más eficientemente cuando se estiman incorporaciones a proyectos.
