Working as a Data Engineer since graduation.
There are many interesting and challenging projects out there if you are willing to ask around and find the opportunities yourself.
It can become overwhelming and monotonous if you take whatever opportunity is presented to you. Instead, go out, talk to people, and seek the opportunity.
Projects in diverse industries can be difficult to get up to speed in a short period of time. Long hours are normal.
The Singapore leadership team is strong. Ensure that promotions are handed out when deserved, as soon as possible, to keep good talent.

Data Engineer
The interview process was well-organized, with five rounds of interviews. It started with HR, moving into technical interviews. Communications were clear and followed properly. Once confirmed, the offer letter took time to be received.

It was done on a college campus. They asked questions related to your resume, mostly project-related and basic HR questions. In my opinion, it was good. There are two rounds: one aptitude and one interview/group discussion.
