Pros

Personally, I feel that Accenture offers a lot of learning opportunities. Employees have access to platforms like Pluralsight, A Cloud Guru, and Percipio, which provide the latest tech stacks for continuous learning.

Certifications are free, and Accenture has collaborations with Microsoft, Google, and Amazon, allowing employees to obtain vouchers and apply for certification exams at no cost.

In my four years of experience here, I have found these things positive.

Advice to Management

It may appear to be a great place to work based on ratings, but these seem compromised. Internally, employees are not as happy as the ratings suggest. The focus should be on supporting all employees, rather than solely prioritizing diversity goals, which is harming the organization from within.
