Good start for freshers
Working culture is good, as you will find cooperative teammates in any department. Job security is fine there. Salary hikes are good.
Bench time can be huge if you are a fresher.
For agile projects, such as the US project I am working on, many people have to work for more than 10.5 hours, and some even have to stretch to 12 hours or sometimes more.
