• Some projects offer the chance to work abroad for about 1-2 years at a time (Japan, Italy).
• Big company, most likely will be in business for the foreseeable future.
• Decent benefits.
• Decent pay.
• Decent office space.

Many aspects of the job are good/bad depending on which project you become a part of, which is random:

• Overtime (or offsetting hours)

• Work schedule

• Speed at which you're promoted (some promote every year, others seldom promote at all)

• Etc.

• 9-hour work days (1hr lunch break)

• A lot of tedium (required information security "training" that lasts hours, etc.)

• Required "hot skill" certification for technologies that you probably won't use in your daily job (AWS, Azure, etc.)
