Many aspects of the job are good/bad depending on which project you become a part of, which is random:
Overtime (or offsetting hours)
Work schedule
Speed at which you're promoted (some promote every year, others seldom promote at all)
Etc.
9-hour work days (1hr lunch break)
A lot of tedium (required information security "training" that lasts hours, etc.)
Required "hot skill" certification for technologies that you probably won't use in your daily job (AWS, Azure, etc.)
The interview had three rounds. 1. Logical Reasoning and Aptitude 2. Coding round 3. HR round in the company Overall, it was good. I got the offer and accepted it.
1. MCQ Round: This is a remote exam and mainly focuses on Spark & Hive. 2. SQL: Online Microsoft Teams meeting: Easy - Medium Questions 3. HR Round
It was easy. They asked basic questions as it was a campus interview. I was hired as a fresher. In off-campus interviews, you can expect fairly difficult questions. You may have 2-3 rounds of interview.
