Hike and promotions at initial stages of employment.
The quality of projects Accenture has is bad. Even bigger clients do not offer incentives, gifts, or a good work culture. HR policies and other benefits are not good or rather not useful. The workload is very hectic, and developers do not get overtime or onsite opportunities. Certain projects might hinder your mental peace.
Don't think of the employees as a group of sheep; take decisions based on everyone's comfort and not just what is better for the leadership.
