Long hours and the fun work is few and far between. You work with offshore teams a lot, which makes your hours kind of stick. It's a huge company, so you're just a cog in the machine. It also makes the promotion cycles sort of silly because you're reviewed by people that don't really know you or your actual work firsthand.
