Pros

Opportunity to move to different projects if you don't get locked into something you don't like. The pay is good.

Cons

Long hours and the fun work is few and far between. You work with offshore teams a lot, which makes your hours kind of stick. It's a huge company, so you're just a cog in the machine. It also makes the promotion cycles sort of silly because you're reviewed by people that don't really know you or your actual work firsthand.

Advice to Management

They wouldn’t take it anyway.
