Can’t find any, with my short tenure in that company.
Worst stint of my career. Bad managers, who care only about themselves and no one else. I had been non-billable for around 2 months on a project, so I was rolled off and assigned to a new project. There was no central bench time spent. My year-end evaluation was done completely by the previous project, who didn’t even ask about my feedback from my current project. And to save her skin, and also get a promotion for herself, the manager gave me a PIP.
During the discussion with them, they kept giving unacceptable answers such as ‘in the coming years you will get the opportunities with Accenture’, ‘it is all based on budget’.
Few weeks later I found out from someone from HR that the previous project had given me a PIP. Soon within a month I got offers from other places, and slammed my resignation on these people’s faces. I will never work there again or recommend to anyone to work there either.
Honest advice: do not risk your career with Accenture. At least Accenture India, it is extremely badly managed. Without any evidence or proof, a manager can get you out of the company. And yes, Accenture has some world-class a-holes working there as managers who don’t care about anyone else.
Bad leaders and managers in Accenture India. Especially the Mondelez project.
Interview process is superb! The manager joined the meeting on time and was very chill. Recruitment processes clarity is needed. They can be unresponsive at times and just schedule interviews without proper coordination.
It was a group interview, as Accenture had come for mass recruitment on campus. Since I was from a non-CS background, the questions were quite simple. The questions were more related to the final semester project work and some behavioral questions.
Had 3 rounds of interviews: one HR and 2 Technical rounds. As per my experience, one technical round was for Pyspark and another one for Analytics. The Pyspark round was a bit tough, but the recruiter was concerned about my logic building, not with
