They took me for a data engineer role, but the project role I got into was data modeler, and I was forced to do that. That was a disappointment for me. People were talking in the local language on the internal call. In my project calls, they used to talk in Hindi all the time. Since I don't understand Hindi, I used to inform the team to talk in English, but that still continued.
Interview process is superb! The manager joined the meeting on time and was very chill. Recruitment processes clarity is needed. They can be unresponsive at times and just schedule interviews without proper coordination.
It was a group interview, as Accenture had come for mass recruitment on campus. Since I was from a non-CS background, the questions were quite simple. The questions were more related to the final semester project work and some behavioral questions.
