You need to continually beat your own drum in front of the supervisor and the manager. Positive feedback provided in the system is seldom taken. Performance analysis is a very opaque process.
Give weightage to people who adhere to PA systems of priority setting and achieving. Enable supervisors to provide honest feedback throughout the year, and not only at year-end.
