I work on a permanent contract, so my experiences may vary. Most employees work as consultants, moving around.
Talent is busting through the seams here. Other employees are good at collaborating and helping out.
There was no real training on some of the systems at this contract. SharePoint setup is convoluted, and Wiki docs are lacking real substance, so it took some time to figure out many aspects of how the systems work.
Two years of above-average performance with no bonuses and no pay raises. Several of the top programmers at this contract left the company after the last round of no raises.
Close to the end of my rope here. I need raises and incentives!
