Friendly Culture, Some Micromanagement
Accenture is a very employee-friendly company. Technology and innovation are its first priority. It really helps an employee when they face any kind of problem (professional as well as personal). It strictly follows its core values: stewardship, client value creation, respect for individuals, integrity, best people, and one global network. Anyone can enjoy their work.
Sometimes some supervisors are taking something personally, rather than professionally. They should understand that every level of employee has their own self-respect, irrespective of Associate or DU Lead. They shouldn't micromanage their team members. But yes, not all supervisors are like this; the number is very few.
No advice, as I mentioned all my thoughts in Pros & Cons.

It was good, but I could not clear the interview process. I had answered almost all the questions correctly. Not sure why I couldn’t make it. Now I will need to wait for 6 months to attend an interview with Accenture.
