Annual assessment - every year the bottom 10% will be "eased" out and the top 10% will move up, even if they don't deserve it, but do the right "networking".
Treat staff like grown-ups rather than worrying about performance reviews. Actually look at their work.
It was good, but I could not clear the interview process. I had answered almost all the questions correctly. Not sure why I couldn’t make it. Now I will need to wait for 6 months to attend an interview with Accenture.
Very calm interview, with technicians. Questions quite focused on Oracle. Not difficult for me, given that I've been working with it for many years. Essentially on other open solutions: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL. However, no particularly difficult q
It was really good and quick. They released the offer letter within a day. First round was technical, and the interviewer was really humble and provided great and honest feedback post-interview.
