Awesome policy in the first place. HR policies are strong. Leave policy is good too.
Diplomatic managers.
Politics in the project. Not the right place for freshers in terms of career growth, since they generally don't give KT to freshers who don't even have any idea about the technology they are tagged to.
It's the best place for TL's and above because they get to relax without doing any work and taking money home.
Kindly remove this politics from the ground level. I left Accenture because of this, when it was my dream company.
Please don't hire freshers when you can't foster them as capable individuals.
