According to the level you are within ACN, they pay you your salary. It is difficult to move up in level. Sometimes, the level does not match your seniority and it is difficult to get projects within the company. If you join through a company that acquired ACN, your salary and level will be high. If you join directly through ACN, they pay you little for the Java position. In my sector, there was not much training.
