Easy, I had an interview directly with the project lead. The interview consisted of questions about me, my career, and what I expected from the position. Then I had a technical interview, which was easy.

Interview with HR, then with an Accenture lead. If you pass, you are placed on a project, but before that, you have a talk with the lead of that project. Simple process. I did have to negotiate.

I had two interviews, one with HR and another with a technical manager. The HR interview consisted of getting to know me, and the technical one, which lasted approximately half an hour, involved technical questions.
