They seek to know your previous experiences, as well as your technical skills for being a developer. The difficulty of the interview is average. It has an interview with human resources, then a technical interview, and finally one with the client.

It is a phone call in which they ask you to talk about yourself briefly, and then they ask you a question in the past, another in the present, and another in the future. Everything is in English.

Easy, I had an interview directly with the project lead. The interview consisted of questions about me, my career, and what I expected from the position. Then I had a technical interview, which was easy.
