Classic interview: recruiter, then technical interview with team lead, then with the client. Several things were asked about interests, technologies, and motivations. The interview with the client was unnecessarily long.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. Recruiter interview, technical interview, language interview, final interview. Very pleasant, just a bit slow. Otherwise, I had no issues and everything went within expected parameter

Basic programming questions, personal experience, database knowledge, and most importantly, English, as it is used 24/7. They make you speak in English and there are tests to take to level you.
