Salaries are a bit below average, the workload is very high, and the compensation doesn't warrant it. Depending on the project, the treatment of employees changes completely; there are good projects, and many are not so good. A single person can be assigned many tasks and is expected to know about many topics, but it's very slow to improve one's level and salary. There's no time to study other things, but still, you're required to study and work extra. It's a good school, but not a company where you can project yourself to grow and stay for a long time.
