Very kind and attentive people. I only spoke with HR and nothing technical. They explain everything very well. At least in the interview I had, they didn't state a salary range, but they did ask about it.

Interview with HR, then with an Accenture lead. If you pass, you are placed on a project, but before that, you have a talk with the lead of that project. Simple process. I did have to negotiate.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. Recruiter interview, technical interview, language interview, final interview. Very pleasant, just a bit slow. Otherwise, I had no issues and everything went within expected parameter
