La cantidad de beneficios que te da la empresa en cuanto a salud, gimnasio, horario "flexible" dependiendo del equipo en que trabajes.
El sueldo no acorde al mercado actual, totalmente atrasado.
La cantidad de beneficios, sin sentido para el uso de la persona promedio. Por ejemplo, te ponen manicurista en las oficinas de Parque Patricios, masajista. Hay gente que va por los pasillos ofreciéndote hacer sesiones de estiramiento, etc.
Son beneficios que podrían tranquilamente ser prescindidos por parte de la empresa y reflejarlos en mejores sueldos para los empleados. Ya que alguien como programador está ganando 1.200.000 pesos argentinos al día de la fecha, siendo que el mercado ofrece un piso de 1.800.000.
