Phone call as the first interview stage for a trainee position. The objective was to see more of my profile and tell me the next steps. The interviewer was kind and told me how I could prepare for the next stage.

They ask you about your experiences and to talk a little about yourself. They present situations and how you would solve them. You have interviews with leaders in English and, in some cases, the client joins.

Easy interview. I took the job as a Ssr developer and worked as a developer for a bank in Argentina. It was a good experience because the work was not very difficult and I could continue with my studies at the university.
