Micro-managed and treated like school children
WFH has been great, but the pay is mediocre. Overtime has been available.
No sick days. You accrue time off very slowly.
You have to take a ton of PKTs/quizzes over everything you go over, and every time there is a huddle or meeting.
You get treated like a child.
The way you get promoted is the good ole boy system, not actually by the hard work you put in or how much work you actually do.
Do better, Be better.
